An Exploration of How Non-Tenure-Track Community College Faculty Experience Non-Work, Well-Being in Higher Education

June 10, 2024

Adjunctification is a peer-reviewed journal by and for contingent faculty in higher education. While we publish any kind of research produced by non-tenure track faculty, including instructors, lecturers, adjuncts, research associates, etc., we are particularly interested in research that interrogates the vulnerability of these critical university workers. We publish one online issue a year and are continually looking for new work. For information on how to submit, go to Submissions.
